双级式中频隔离型储能变流器的直流母线电压优化控制

Abstract:

对基于双移相桥直流变换器的双级式储能变流器进行研究,分析其工作原理,并在此基础上建立损耗模型。传统的双级式储能变流器均借鉴脉宽调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)整流器的双环控制,将直流电压控制为恒定值,存在优化空间。提出一种直流母线电压优化控制策略,相比传统的定电压控制方法,此方法以损耗优化为目标,将直流母线电压调节至损耗最低点,从而提升整机效率,同时限定母线电压的上下限以保证变流器出力。详细介绍所提方法的工作取策略。最后搭建样机,通过实验验证损耗模型和控制算法的正确性与可行性。
