基于x域重复控制的磁通切换永磁直线电机定位力抑制方法

Abstract:

初级永磁型磁通切换直线电机在推力性能要求较高的机床伺服进给系统应用中具有一定的优势,而初次级双凸极结构会引起较大的定位力,从而限制了磁通切换永磁直线电机的应用。该文首先分析了磁通切换永磁直线(linearflux-switchingpermanentmagnet,LFSPM)电机定位力产生的原理,随后从控制角度出发,提出一种利用时变周期信号的重复控制来抑制定位力的新型控制策略。首先将时变的t域信号,变换为具有固定周期的x域信号,再对其进行重复控制器的设计,从而达到抑制定位力和速度脉动的目的。通过半实物仿真平台AD5435实现了该控制算法,仿真及实验验证了该方法的有效性。
