考虑负荷波动极限的电力系统电压稳定性风险评估

Abstract:

电力系统运行中存在大量不确定性,针对系统负荷波动极限情况,该文从电压、负荷节点类型、网络负荷承受能力等不同角度提出电压稳定性风险评估指标,综合确定系统的薄弱区域。将基于拉丁超立方抽样(Latinhypercubesampling,LHS)的概率潮流(probabilisticloadflow,PLF)模拟法应用于电压稳定性风险评估,结合N-1故障分析法,对由于不同负荷波动引起的崩溃状态进行研究,分析崩溃时负荷及节点电压的分布并绘制相应分布曲面,考察系统崩溃的可能性和严重性,以及负荷波动对各节点电压的影响。以IEEE30节点系统以及中国山西省太原市220kV实际电网为例进行验证。结果表明:所提方法找到了系统崩溃时负荷、节点电压、系统负荷总量的分布规律。所提指标具有正确性、一致性,在实际应用中具有可行性。
