互联电网AGC功率动态分配的虚拟发电部落协同一致性算法

Abstract:

为适应智能电网能量管理系统(energymanagementsystem,EMS)从集中式走向分散式的发展趋势,建立了一种分散自治的自动发电控制(automaticgenerationcontrol,AGC)功率分配框架。把传统区域电网分成若干个领地电网,结合了多智能体一致性协同理论,分别以调节费用和爬升时间为一致性状态变量,提出基于虚拟发电部落一致性的功率动态分配方法。标准两区域模型仿真表明,虚拟发电部落协同一致性方法能有效解决未来智能电网AGC功率分配的分散自治问题。
