结合小波与Concordia变换的逆变器功率管故障诊断技术研究

Abstract:

提出一种结合小波与Concordia变换的逆变器故障特征提取方法,并用于开环控制的逆变器驱动电路功率管故障诊断和定位。首先,采集逆变器三相电流信息,并实施小波分解以减少信号中的噪声干扰;其次,对实施小波分解之后的粗系数实施Concordia变换,得到电流的运行轨迹;最后,对电流轨迹进行特征提取,并实施故障诊断和定位,此处,采用经典故障字典法与支持向量分类器法实施诊断和分析。所有算法通过了仿真实验验证和比较,并搭建硬件实验平台,利用数字信号控制器对一个实际逆变器驱动电路进行在线监测试验。结果表明,本系统的故障检测率可达99%以上,故障定位率可达93%以上,取得了很好的诊断结果,验证了所研究方法的有效性。
