螺线型电感器寄生电容有限元提取简化方法

Abstract:

电感器寄生电容对电感器的高频特性与系统的电磁兼容问题有很大的影响。该文对电感器寄生电容的有限元法建模提取方法进行了研究。在分析电感器寄生电容等效模型的基础上,建立了电感器的有限元分析模型,提出并论证了螺线型模型切割比例的选取原则。特别针对模型复杂、匝数较多的电感器结构,提出了基于低阶电容矩阵与高阶电容矩阵近似转换的寄生电容提取的简化方法。近似的原模型高阶电容矩阵可以通过合理有限元简化模型计算出的低阶电容矩阵转化得到,并有效降低了模型计算量。通过实测结果与仿真结果的对比,验证了所提方法的合理性与准确性。
