考虑风电场集电线故障的鲁棒区间风电调度方法

Abstract:

鲁棒优化是处理模型参数或结构不确定性的一种新兴的优化方法。该文针对大规模风电集中接入情况下,由于风电场运行的低可靠性导致的系统安全问题,提出一种能够考虑风电场集电线路m重故障情况的鲁棒双层混合整数风电区间优化调度模型。该模型弥补了传统鲁棒优化调度模型对风电场集电线路这一电网运行薄弱环节考虑的不足。对该鲁棒双层混合整数规划问题,该文进一步通过变量等价替换法及线性规划的强对偶原理将其转化为可高效求解的传统单层二次规划问题,并采用内点法求解。最后,在IEEERTS测试系统上的算例结果证明了所提方法的有效性。
