SO2对膜吸收法捕集烟气中CO2的影响

Abstract:

利用自行搭建的膜吸收CO2实验台,以NaOH和单乙醇胺(MEA)溶液为吸收剂,采用聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维膜组件考察了模拟烟气中SO2对CO2脱除率的影响,采用PP、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)这3种膜材料研究了膜吸收过程中SO2对其传质系数以及膜材质的影响。结果表明,CO2脱除率随模拟烟气中SO2浓度的升高有所降低,但在短时间内,低浓度的SO2造成的影响较为微弱;SO2的存在降低了膜组件的传质系数,其中受影响最大的为PVDF;SO2会吸附在膜表面,其吸附率依次为:PP?PTFE?PVDF;SO2的吸附对PVDF膜材质造成一定损害。
