基于双零序电压注入PWM策略的双三相永磁同步电机矢量控制

Abstract:

双三相电机四维电流矢量控制可以对六相逆变器死区效应和两套三相绕组不对称运行进行补偿。四维电流控制需要对两个子平面的参考电压同时控制,采用传统四矢量空间矢量脉宽调制(spacevectorpulsewidthmodulation,SVPWM)策略较为复杂,且六相逆变器四矢量SVPWM具有脉宽调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)波形不对称,开关损耗较大等问题,采用基于载波脉宽调制的双零序注入PWM策略来实现四维电流矢量控制更为合适。通过分析过调制区基于中间矢量算法在z1-z2子平面注入的谐波电压,将双零序注入PWM策略的调制范围推广到过调制区,最后根据电压调制范围和电流控制维数,将基于双零序注入PWM策略的双三相永磁同步电机矢量控制分为3个调制区:正弦电流调制区,正弦电压调制区和过调制区,使其在线性调制区和过调制区之间可以平滑的过渡。实验结果验证了控制策略的有效性和可行性。
