一种表贴式永磁同步电机电流矢量闭环I/f控制方法

Abstract:

针对表贴式永磁同步电机(surfacepermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor,SPMSM)开环I/f控制方法存在转速易波动、易失步、电流幅值固定的缺点,提出一种电流矢量闭环I/f控制方法。通过对SPMSM在电流矢量定向γ-δ坐标系下模型的分析,在SPMSM开环I/f控制结构的基础上引入瞬时功率反馈调节算法,通过电机的瞬时有功功率调节电流矢量的转速,在电磁转矩中增加阻尼特性分量,改善电机的转速收敛特性;通过瞬时无功功率调节电流矢量的幅值,使SPMSM运行在最大转矩/电流比状态,提高电机的效率和稳定性。该控制方法无需电机转速信息,且在最大转矩/电流比状态具有渐近稳定性。仿真和实验结果验证了该控制方法在电机起动、稳定运行和负载突变时的良好性能。
