一种采用直流紧急控制的特高压联络线功率摇摆峰值抑制策略

Abstract:

运行经验表明,长距离的华中华北互联电力系统间特高压联络线容易遭受扰动影响,产生大幅度、长周期的功率摇摆。而过高的功率摇摆峰值,很可能导致互联系统第一摇摆失稳的问题。针对该问题,首先设计了一种基于最大上升斜率的摇摆峰值预测算法;接着根据预测的峰值,提出一种采用直流紧急控制的特高压联络线功率摇摆峰值抑制方法;最后,建立了直流紧急控制的自定义模型并对控制方案进行仿真验证。结果表明,摇摆峰值预测算法具备较高的准确性,直流紧急控制策略也能充分地削弱特高压联络线功率摇摆峰值,从而有效提高特高压联络线的输电能力和互联系统的暂态稳定性。同时,该直流紧急控制策略实现简单,对不同扰动都具备较好的适应性,具有较高的工程实用价值。
