基于静止同步补偿器的主动配电网分区电压控制

Abstract:

主动配电网(activedistributionnetwork,ADN)中分布式电源(distributedgeneration,DG)的规模化接入与应用使得电压控制面临更加严峻的挑战。针对ADN提出一种基于电压控制设备响应速度的分层、分阶段电压协调控制框架,重点研究分区电压控制层中静止同步补偿器(distributedstaticsynchronouscompensator,DSTATCOM)和DG协调配合的两阶段分区电压控制策略(two-stagezonal-voltagecontrol,TSZVC):在第1阶段,DSTATCOM采取考虑区内相邻线路潮流的电压控制策略,DG不参与电压控制;在第2阶段,DSTATCOM和DG进行平滑无功转移,确保DSTATCOM维持一定的无功容量可再次投入电压补偿。Simulink仿真表明,TSZVC综合优化了ADN中区域各公共连接点的电压水平,有效避免了传统配电网电压控制缺乏管理引起的调压设备和调压控制策略相互干扰影响的问题。
