五桥臂逆变器驱动永磁同步电机系统占空比优化调制策略

Abstract:

以五桥臂电压源逆变器驱动两台三相永磁同步电机控制系统为研究对象,提出一种适合该系统的占空比优化调制策略。在空间矢量脉宽调制的基础上,分析逆变器驱动信号占空比的取值范围;为满足不同情况下公共桥臂的控制要求,分别对5个桥臂的占空比进行合理优化。该策略在两电机解耦控制的同时,有效减少了两电机受零电压矢量控制的时间,扩展了系统的调速范围,从而能提高直流母线电压的利用率。仿真和实验结果验证了该调制策略的可行性和有效性。
