提高LCL型并网逆变器电流控制性能的双采样模式实时运算方法

Abstract:

LCL滤波器对开关谐波具有很强的抑制能力,被广泛应用于并网逆变器中。为了抑制LCL滤波器的谐振尖峰,通常采用电容电流反馈进行有源阻尼。但是采用数字控制时,反馈信号的采样和控制算法的计算会引入一拍滞后的延时,改变有源阻尼的特性,使得控制系统对电网阻抗的鲁棒性较差;同时,该延时还会降低系统的相位,严重限制并网电流环的环路增益和带宽的提高。为此,提出双采样模式的实时运算方法,完全消除了有源阻尼内环和并网电流外环的计算延时,因此可大大提高并网逆变器的系统鲁棒性和电流控制性能。同时,与传统方法相比,双采样模式实时运算方法还可延长采样时刻与开关管开关时刻之间的时间间隔,从而有效地避免了高频开关噪声对采样信号的影响,提高了逆变器的抗噪性能。以单相LCL型并网逆变器为例,进行实验验证。实验结果证明了所提出的双采样模式实时运算方法是有效的。
