二极管钳位多电平空间矢量与载波调制策略统一理论研究

Abstract:

多电平变换器脉宽调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)控制方法主要有正弦载波PWM法(sinusoidalcarrier-basedmodulation,SPWM)和空间矢量脉宽调制法(spacevectorpulsewidthmodulation,SVPWM),这两种调制策略存在一定的本质关系,在两电平或三电平中,对于两种调制算法的内在联系已有许多论述,但对于更高电平的SVPWM调制中,一般由于多电平冗余电压矢量过多,调制序列较复杂,文献中对SPWM与SVPWM的统一理论研究存在一定的不足。该文针对这一问题,深入研究多电平SVPWM调制序列与SPWM的统一,通过在SPWM调制波中叠加零序分量得到与SVPWM完全吻合的序列,最终推导出n电平含任意段数的SVPWM序列与SPWM的统一。
