基于准Z源网络的永磁无刷直流电机换相转矩脉动抑制方法

Abstract:

针对方波驱动的无刷直流电机普遍存在的换相转矩脉动较大的问题,提出了一种基于准Z源网络抑制永磁无刷直流电机换相转矩脉动的方法。在三相桥臂前级增加准Z源网络,换相期间由准Z源网络调整直流母线电压,使电机关断相电流下降速率与开通相电流上升速率相等,从而有效抑制换相转矩脉动。分析了换相转矩脉动产生的原因,详细介绍了通过增加前级功率变换电路抑制换相转矩脉动的电路拓扑与控制算法。仿真及实验结果表明,该方法能够有效抑制永磁无刷直流电机换相转矩脉动,如采用合适的电路参数,仿真模型中转矩脉动可减少到平均转矩的4.6%以下,实际设计的系统实验可将转矩脉动抑制在平均转矩的12%以下。
