含规模化风电场/群的互联电网负荷频率广域分散预测控制

Abstract:

由于风电输出功率具有较强的随机性,规模化风电场/群的并网对互联电网负荷频率控制提出了更高的要求。在分析单一风电机组及规模化风电场有功输出特点的基础上,建立计及风电场/群有功输出的互联电网负荷频率控制模型。以广域相量测量系统为技术平台,建立基于模型预测控制的含规模化风电场/群互联电网的负荷频率分散预测控制模型。以典型双区域负荷频率控制模型为例,考虑不同风电渗透率情况。仿真研究结果表明,所提基于模型预测控制的负荷频率分散控制模型不但能够有效地跟踪风电输出功率的随机波动,维持系统频率及区域间交换功率在较小的范围内变化,并且控制效果明显优于常规PI型负荷频率控制器。
