Abstract:

文中提出了一种副边采用混合型倍流整流结构的交错并联移相全桥(phaseshiftfull-bridge,PSFB)变流器拓扑。该变流器的副边整流结构具有串并联自调整特性:2个变压器副边绕组在占空比小于移相角时,并联工作;当占空比大于移相角时,变压器副边串联工作。采用该串并联整流结构的变流器工作范围较宽,并且降低了副边整流二极管的应力,提高了变流器的效率。交错并联的工作模式减小了输出电感电流的纹波和滤波器的体积。文中给出了电路的工作原理,电路设计步骤和参数设定,最后搭建了200~400V输入50V/20A输出的电路样机,证明了理论分析的正确性。
