三倍流整流ZVSPWM三相全桥直流变换器

Abstract:

为了解决大功率电源中开关管电流应力较高的问题,提出一种采用脉宽调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)控制的三倍流整流零电压开关(zerovoltageswitching,ZVS)三相全桥直流变换器。该变换器原边采用三相全桥型结构,副边采用三倍流整流电路,尤为适合于高压输入、低压大电流输出的大功率电源场合。由于采用了三相交错并联的结构,不仅开关管的电流应力可以降低,而且输入输出电流脉动频率提高至开关频率的3倍,进而可以大大减小滤波器的体积。基于PWM控制,所有开关管可以实现ZVS。桥臂下管实现ZVS的能量来自于滤波电感,非常容易实现ZVS;桥臂上管实现ZVS的能量来自于两相变压器的漏感,相比于移相全桥变换器滞后桥臂容易实现ZVS。该文试制一台360V输入、48V/42A输出的原理样机,并给出实验结果。
