基于转子高频脉动电流注入的同步电动机无位置传感器型直接转矩控制

Abstract:

为了实现直接转矩控制电励磁同步电机(electricallyexcitedsynchronousmotor,ESM)驱动系统零转速及极低转速时无位置传感器运行,提出一种新型转子位置角观测器。首先在转子回路注入高频脉动电流;其次,为了仅在d轴方向产生定子高频脉动电流,利用电磁转矩闭环在电磁转矩中注入同频率的高频脉动分量;最后借助于锁相环原理观测出转子位置角。利用磁链的电流模型和观测位置角,计算出定子磁链及电磁转矩,并构建无位置传感器直接转矩控制系统。实验结果表明所提无位置传感器驱动系统任何负载时均可以稳定运行于零转速及极低转速。
