间歇型排渣系统集渣过程的模拟研究

Abstract:

为研究间歇型排渣系统集渣过程中温度及渣的运动状况,建立三维非稳态模型,对排渣系统进行动态模拟,研究了冷却水量及冷却水位置对排渣系统传热及流动的影响。利用混合双流体(Mixture)模型描述二相耦合,液相采用Realizable?-??湍流模型计算,固相引入颗粒动力学原理,并利用随机轨道模型跟踪渣颗粒运动轨迹,研究颗粒的运动规律。结果表明:进入激冷室底部水浴的部分黑水尚未换热完全就通过黑水出口离开激冷室,温度较高,并随冷却水量的增加而下降,每增加15?t/h,下降5~6?℃;一个集渣周期由黑水出口排出的渣约占渣总量的31.8%,并随冷却水量的增加而增加,每增加15?t/h,增加2.6%~6.9%;冷却水量越大,锁斗底部渣颗粒受冲击越大。
