一种具多路LED自动均流功能的反激式磁集成变换器

Abstract:

以具有多路LED输出均流功能的反激式功率变换器为研究对象,通过将反激变换器的功率变压器与均流耦合电感集成在一个磁芯结构上,提出新型的具有多路LED自动均流功能的磁集成反激变换器方案。采用电路和磁路理论以及电路磁路综合仿真,详细分析集成方案的工作原理、工作波形以及输出均流特性。分析和实验测试结果表明,该磁集成变换器具有优良的多路均流特性,即使在两路负载相差8倍的情况下,均流精度仍达3%以内,完全满足工程应用要求。该磁集成变换器采用了先进的磁集成技术,具有结构简单、不需要额外均流控制电路、可靠性高、效率和功率密度高及成本低等特点,很适用于LED多路驱动电源应用。
