不同气氛下硼粉燃烧特性及动力学研究

Abstract:

利用热天平(50~1100℃)分别研究了硼粉在空气、CO2、N2和O2四种不同气氛下的燃烧特性,同时研究了粒度对着火温度的影响。采用Doyle单曲线积分法模型计算硼在不同气氛下的热反应动力学参数。试验结果表明,在50~1100℃,硼在CO2气氛下增重量最大,在O2气氛中的增重速率最大,而在N2气氛下未见明显增重;硼在空气、O2和CO2气氛下的着火温度分别为710,697,770℃,提高氧浓度有利于促进硼的着火。硼粉着火温度随粒径的增大略微升高。通过计算硼在空气、O2和CO2气氛下的反应动力学参数可知,硼在以上气氛中的反应均属于二阶反应,CO2气氛下硼的反应速率常数最小。燃烧产物分析表明硼在空气气氛下与O2反应为主导反应,而基本不与N2发生反应。
