Abstract:

随着电力系统规模的不断扩大,小干扰稳定已经成为影响电力系统安全稳定的重要因素之一。为了有效地阻尼电力系统的小扰动振荡,提出了基于机网协调优化的阻尼控制方法。借鉴混成控制系统的思想与理念,考虑自动发电控制和自动电压控制系统之间的协调,建立了分层控制的阻尼协调优化控制系统。该系统将电力系统的阻尼强弱作为事件形成的指标,并以事件驱动作为系统调节的触发机制。该阻尼协调优化控制系统不仅能消除系统的弱阻尼模式,而且有效解决了传统自动发电控制和自动电压控制系统之间相互作用而导致的负面影响,实现了2套自动控制系统的控制指令的优化协调。在IEEE5机14节点系统上进行多种运行方式下的仿真研究,仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
