基于绕组电感变化特性的无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制

Abstract:

在具有凸极结构转子的无刷直流电机中,受转子凸极效应的影响,绕组的自感和互感随转子位置呈近似正弦的周期性变化,导致三相端电压在非导通期间的波形随转子位置呈现有规律变化。该文以此出发,分析了非导通相的端点电压在PWM斩波周期内的跳变值随转子位置的变化规律,并阐述了利用此规律进行运行状态下换相位置估计的方法,并与铁心的饱和效应相结合,提出一种新的在静止状态下进行转子位置区间估计的方法。实验结果表明,用所提出的方法能在静止和低速状态下可靠地估算出转子位置,与实际的误差很小,验证了方法的可行性。
