CFB-FGD传质模型的数值模拟

Abstract:

为揭示循环流化床烟气脱硫反应的机制,探寻重要参数对脱硫效率的影响情况,建立考虑脱硫剂浆滴内化学吸收过程的传质模型。该模型以双膜理论作为建模基础。在建立模型过程中,不仅考虑了塔内反应过程,而且考虑了外循环物料对脱硫效率的影响。将模型嵌入Matlab软件中进行数值计算,分析增湿水量和钙硫比对脱硫效率的影响情况。通过计算值与某电厂循环流化床脱硫系统运行数据的比对,发现该计算值与实测值的拟合度较高。模型的误差不大于5.1%,比较其他的模型具有较高的精度。该模型可用于优化运行参数,并在电厂脱硫系统变工况运行时预测脱硫效率。
