基于实时数据分发服务的智能变电站IEC61850的实现方法

Abstract:

智能变电站是智能电网的重要环节,需要实时可靠的通信支持。IEC61850作为智能变电站的通信标准,没有定义具体的通讯协议的实现方法,造成具体实现中面临映射多样化、非标准化以及实现复杂的问题。针对IEC61850标准中的模型与常规的基于制造报文规范(manufacturingmessagespecification,MMS)映射的不足,以及基于客户机/服务器结构的中间件的紧耦合问题,提出一种新型完全基于发布/订阅(publish/subscribe)方式的数据分发服务规范(datadistributionsservice,DDS)映射抽象通信服务接口(abstractcommunicationserviceinterface,ACSI)的新方法。DDS提供丰富的服务质量策略,适合对实时数据要求高的应用环境。采用符合DDS规范的中间件作为映射实现的工具,设计了具体的映射实例模型,并针对电力工程应用特点,得出IEC61850实现工程应用的标准步骤。相对于其他的软件中间件(如CORBA-TAO)映射的方法,基于DDS的中间件提供了一个简便、快速、规范的实现。最后设计实现智能变电站实时通信仿真系统,并测试验证了所提方法的实时可靠性。
