异步电机在线参数观测及损耗控制策略

Abstract:

为了提高损耗最优控制策略对电机损耗的控制效果,该文深入分析了电机参数变化对最优励磁电流、磁链角以及对损耗的影响。针对独立于电机电阻的自适应励磁电感在线观测方法,提出了一种简单、有效的转子电流二次方程求解方案。结合励磁电感在线自适应观测,给出了基于电机参数观测的损耗最优控制策略,并应用于多电机控制平台。实验结果表明,转子电流求解方案能够有效地求得转子电流,观测得出的励磁电感变化符合电机电感变化特性,在此基础上得到的新型损耗最优控制策略可有效降低电机损耗。
