跨音速级压气机湿压缩数值研究

Abstract:

湿压缩技术是能够提高燃气轮机性能的一种经济有效的手段。文中采用CFX软件,选择k-ε湍流模型,利用安托万方程求蒸汽饱和压力,对跨音速一级NASAStage35进行进口加湿湿压缩数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,当此跨音速压气机运行在靠近失速边界的一段范围内,湿压缩可使其性能提高,而对于靠近阻塞边界的一段范围内,湿压缩却降低了压气机各个性能参数;当压气机运行在设计工况时,在进口喷入较小颗粒尺寸的水滴可降低比压缩功、提高压比及流量并缩小激波后低能流动区域,而在进口喷入较大颗粒尺寸水滴却降低了压气机各性能参数,整个流场也并无改善。
