离心风机翼型叶片非光滑表面脊状结构减阻特性

Abstract:

基于RNGk-ε紊流模型,采用Fluent软件对G4-73型离心风机翼型叶片表面脊状结构的减阻特性进行了数值模拟研究,并分析了脊状结构的相对布置位置对翼型减阻效果的影响规律。结果表明:脊状结构在叶片表面具有较好的减阻效果,脊状结构宽度s=0.1mm时的减阻效果最好,最大减阻率为9.65%,在风机设计流量下减阻率为2.96%。脊状表面近壁区时均速度相比光滑表面明显增大,边界层近壁面的法向速度梯度降低,湍动能、湍流强度都明显低于光滑表面,验证了翼型表面脊状结构具有的减阻效果。当脊状结构相对位置为后段布置时,脊状表面会使黏性阻力随流速增大而大幅增加,导致总阻力增大,减阻率降低,甚至产生增阻现象。文中所得研究结果可为工程实际中风机叶片的优化改型及性能改善提供参考依据。
