Abstract:

为调控电场分布避免电场集中,由聚合物与无机半导体填料制备的非线性绝缘电介质在许多高压设备中得到应用。非线性绝缘电介质介电特性的测试是其理论与应用技术研究的重要基础。研发了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的非线性绝缘介质交流介电特性测试装置,实现交流激励电压和响应电流瞬时波形的测试。参照激励电压通过确定的算法将响应电流分解成阻性电流和容性电流。通过对电压与电流波形的分
