多风路大型空冷汽轮发电机三维流场计算

Abstract:

针对某大型空冷汽轮发电机,其中定子采用三进四出多风路通风冷却,转子端部采用弧段进风与直段补风,本体采用副槽通风结构,为研究定子压指、冷热风区及转子与气隙中各部分的冷却空气流量分布与内部流场特征,建立了半轴向段包括转子一个槽和与之对应的气隙及定子两个槽的物理模型。依据计算流体动力学原理,采用有限体积法,利用工程计算得到的压力入、出口边界条件,对计算域内的三维湍流流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:转子轴径向段槽楔出风口的静压急剧增大,副槽段各出风口的压力约为3?600?Pa,以??150?Pa幅度上下波动。气隙中空气静压在3?000~4?000?Pa之间变化,局部存在反向流,有涡流形成。
