光电集成电场传感器介入测量影响研究

Abstract:

光电集成电场传感器在电场测量领域发挥着日益重要的作用,研究其介入对待测电场的影响对提高测量结果的准确度具有重要意义。搭建了研究光电集成电场传感器介入测量的实验系统,利用该系统对高压领域的4种典型电极(板-板电极,球-板电极,线-板电极和棒-板电极)进行了实验研究,并建立模型、进行仿真计算。实验仿真结果均表明:当传感器中心与待测电极表面的距离d大于3cm时,测量值相对于计算值的误差小于±3%;随着d的减小,测量误差将迅速增加。对于此类型传感器,管壳及晶体介电常数较大是影响测量误差的主要因素。
