采用机组风速信息动态分类的风电场有功控制策略

Abstract:

针对高风速条件下风力发电机组频繁启停问题,提出一种基于机组实时风速信息分类的有功功率控制策略,该方法根据风力发电机组的运行状态和实时风速等信息对机组进行动态分类,并按风电机组最大发电能力和运行约束条件建立有功分配模型。理论和仿真分析结果表明,对每类机组使用不同的分配方法,可有效提高风电场有功功率输出的准确性;同时可减少机组的启停频度,有效延长机组的使用寿命;与基于容量比例分配的风电场有功控制策略相比,该控制策略更加有效、合理。
