基于我国新大气污染排放标准下的燃煤锅炉高效低NOx协调优化系统研究及工程应用

Abstract:

新的大气污染物排放标准要求NOx排放值低于(100mg/m3,为了达标排放,大型燃煤发电机组须采取锅炉低氮燃烧(lowNOxcombustion,LNB)加选择性催化还原法selectivecatalyticreduction,SCR)综合脱硝技术路线。在工程实践中,需要解决好锅炉LNB及SCR脱硝系统的安全性、环保性、经济性多目标协调优化问题。为此,该文系统分析了燃煤锅炉LNB运行调整与SCR脱硝系统的耦合优化问题,深入研究了锅炉高效低NOx调整优化技术,开发了燃煤锅炉高效低NOx协调优化系统(简称本系统)。目前,该系统成功应用在600MW超临界锅炉,能够实时指导运行人员及时调整机组运行状态,确保机组在各种工况下实现安全性、环保性、经济性多目标协调优化,取得了良好效益。
