椭圆叶片Savonius风力机叶轮气动性能数值计算

Abstract:

为提高Savonius风力机叶轮的风能转化效率,提出椭圆叶片Savonius风力机叶轮方案,并通过非定常流体动力学数值计算分析了不同尖速比下叶片扁度对叶轮的气动特性的影响。计算基于雷诺时均的N-S方程,湍流模型采用RNGk-ε模型,利用滑移网格技术模拟叶轮的转动,通过网格无关性和湍流模型验证分析验证所采用数值方法的有效性。研究结果表明:随着扁度减小,叶片最大力矩系数增加,而最小力矩系数减小;扁度为0.72的叶轮的最大平均功率系数最大(0.2650),相比常规Savonius叶轮增加5.84%。
