主动配电网的分层能量管理与协调控制

Abstract:

大规模的可再生间歇式能源并网,给配电网的管理带来巨大挑战。主动配电网通过对其进行主动管理和协调控制,实现间歇式能源的有效消纳。该文提出主动配电网的分层能量管理与协调控制体系,基于主动配电网的控制区域划分和信息模型融合,研究全局优化技术和局部控制模式,分析各控制模式的适用场景,给出全局优化启动的条件,实现局部控制模式的主动切换。最后通过对佛山主动配电网示范工程实例的仿真分析,验证分层能量管理体系的有效性。
