计及风电功率波动影响的风电场集群无功电压协调控制策略

Abstract:

针对大规模风电场集群区域有功出力随机波动、无功设备种类繁杂等典型特征引起的无功电压问题,提出一种计及风电功率波动影响的风电场集群无功电压协调控制策略。该策略根据风电功率预测信息、当前运行信息和历史断面信息建立多目标优化控制模型,并采用基于过滤集合的内点算法求解。通过利用汇集站和风电场的自动电压控制子站实现闭环控制,该控制策略能够对集群区域内离散设备和动态设备的动作响应实行差异化管理。对中国“三北”地区某实际风电场集群地区进行仿真计算,结果表明,所提控制策略能够改善中枢节点的电压控制效果,协调离散设备和动态设备的运行配合,维持集群区域的静态电压稳定性。
