500kV输电线路绝缘子串带电水冲洗

Abstract:

绝缘子带电水冲洗具有污秽清洗彻底、冲洗效率高、不停电作业、对生产运行影响小等优点,在110和220kV等级系统已经普遍开展,然而还没有开展500kV输电设备带电水冲洗。为此,进行了500kV输电线路单串污秽绝缘子在b、c、d、e四种污秽等级下的带电水冲洗试验,比较了一冲四回和一冲六回冲洗方法,测量了500kV输电线路绝缘子串带电水冲洗泄漏电流波形,统计了泄漏电流最大值、基波幅值等特征值。试验结果表明:500kV输电线路绝缘子带电水冲洗存在泄漏电流突增现象,两种冲洗方法泄漏电流基波幅值最大值均小于6mA,一冲六回冲洗泄漏电流基波幅值均比一冲四回小。在安全距离、水电阻率及有效控制喷嘴散射范围等措施下,500kV输电线路单串绝缘子串带电水冲洗是安全的。
