高速永磁电机设计与分析技术综述

Abstract:

高速永磁电机在航空航天、能源及精密制造等领域具有广阔的应用前景。该文首先介绍了现有文献中的高速永磁电机定转子结构及其所使用的材料;然后从定子铁耗、铜耗、转子涡流损耗与风摩损耗等方面,分别总结归纳了电机中各项损耗及其计算方法;对比分析了各种高速永磁电机温升计算方法;概述了高速电机转子支承方式的发展情况。总结了转子强度与动力学分析相关的问题,最后展望高速永磁电机相关技术的主要发展方向。
