分布式电源电能质量综合评估方法

Abstract:

随着分布式发电的发展和电力用户对电能质量的要求越来越严格,对电能质量进行综合评估和治理越来越重要。现有的电能质量综合评估方法并不能很好地适用于分布式电源。为做好分布式电源并网可行性分析,加强对电能质量治理工作的引导,需要提出一种适用于分布式电源的电能质量综合评估新方法。文中提出采用数据包络分析的分布式电源电能质量综合评估方法,建构分布式电源电能质量的综合评估指标体系。最后,算例表明,采用所提方法可以对比评对象的效率值,并选择出最优方案。数据包络分析方法适用于综合评估配电网的电能质量指标,在工程上具有显著的可行性。
