二极管钳位型五电平逆变器高调制比高功率因数改进的均压方法

Abstract:

多电平变换器以其优良的性能而被广泛研究,其中二极管钳位型多电平存在直流侧电容电压不均衡的问题。二极管钳位型五电平(five-leveldiode-clampedconverter,5L-DCC)基于目标函数优化最近三矢量空间矢量调制(spacevectormodulation,SVM)均压算法受调制比和功率因数影响,调制比小于0.5(简称低调制比)时可以实现全功率因数范围均压,而调制比大于0.5(简称高调制比)时,调制比越大,功率因数越低。提出一种5L-DCC高调制比高功率因数改进的矢量分解SVM调制均压方法,算法利用内六边形6个有效矢量4种冗余状态对电容电压的调节能力,解决了5L-DCC高调制比电压平衡受功率因数限制的问题。仿真与实验表明,改进的矢量分解SVM均压方法具有良好的均压能力。
