煤焦N向NO转化规律的试验研究

Abstract:

在堆积燃烧状态下采用水平管式炉反应器研究不同反应条件及燃料特性对焦炭N向NO转化的影响。试验结果表明:随着石英砂/煤焦质量混合比的增大,NO转化率起初显著增加,随后维持不变,主要由于石英砂的混入削弱了NO的二次还原反应。850~1050℃温度范围内,随着反应温度的升高焦炭NO转化率先增大后减小。2%~20%氧浓度下,1050℃进行燃烧时,10%氧浓度下焦炭NO转化率达到最大。焦炭与O2的反应发生在焦炭表面时,NO还原反应减弱,NO转化率较高,同时反应温度升高到一定程度时,NO还原反应速率增加明显。煤焦表面反应煤阶和含氮量越高,焦炭NO转化率越高,并且煤焦表面含氮官能团同样影响焦炭NO的释放。
