基于可靠度的风电机组预防性机会维修策略

Abstract:

风电机组关键部件维修会产生昂贵的固定维修费用、停机损失及发电损失。针对该问题,提出一种风电机组的预防性机会维修策略。在每个部件可靠度函数服从威布尔分布的基础上,依据可靠性要求估算各部件的预防性维修时间。通过定义机会维修可靠度裕度,并将之与预防性维修时间点处可靠度函数的斜率绝对值的倒数相乘,计算出每个部件的机会维修区间。利用二次抛物线插值法,以总费用为目标函数对机会维修区间进行优化,使得维修费用最小。结合实际风场维修案例进行仿真,结果表明,预防性机会维修策略比预防性维修策略减少了停机维修次数,节省了维修成本,因而证明了该策略的有效性。
