考虑不确定性的需求响应虚拟电厂建模

Abstract:

需求响应将需求侧作为供应侧电能的可替代资源加以利用。文章提出需求响应虚拟电厂概念,根据需求响应的机理不同,分别建立基于激励的和基于价格的需求响应虚拟电厂模型。类比传统发电机组,建立需求响应虚拟电厂成本模型,给出考虑需求响应特点的运行约束条件,同时考虑了响应不确定性对成本的影响。建立不确定性需求响应虚拟电厂模型与传统发电机组共同参与系统调度的优化模型。算例分析表明需求响应虚拟电厂可替代一部分传统发电资源,降低了系统运行成本,并减少了风电弃风量和削负荷。在需求响应虚拟电厂模型中考虑响应不确定性的影响,可提高系统可靠性,降低系统风险成本并促进用户提高自身响应可靠性。
