基于IGDT的有源配电网鲁棒恢复决策方法

Abstract:

由于分布式电源(distributedgenerator,DG)的接入,有源配电网运行的不确定性显著增大。其中,负荷需求及DG出力的不确定性对于恢复策略的制定影响显著。为此,提出一种基于信息间隙决策理论(informationgapdecisiontheory,IGDT)的配电网故障下失电负荷恢复的鲁棒决策模型。对于给定的不确定参数变化集,该模型给出的策略可以保证恢复结果不差于某一预设的最低可接受度。基于该模型,开发了以恢复更多失电负荷为目标的鲁棒恢复程序。最后,采用PG&E69节点配电网算例系统对于所提方法进行了分析验证。
