交流接触器三维动态过程数值计算与分析

Abstract:

为了全面提高交流接触器的整体性能指标,该文建立了含触头系统与电磁系统的交流接触器全仿真三维动态模型,考虑运动过程中摩擦力、碰撞过程形变等因素的影响,将描述材料形变量的本构方程、运动方程以及边界约束引入控制方程中,建立三维运动数学模型。通过实验对模型进行验证,重点考核铁心与触头的弹跳情况。实验结果表明该三维仿真模型能真实反应交流接触器触头、铁心的吸合弹跳过程。通过仿真模型分析触头一次弹跳、二次弹跳以及铁心弹跳的影响因素,分析了合闸相角、电压、铁心弹簧、触头弹簧等参数对触头、铁心吸合弹跳的影响,为进一步研究交流接触器吸合弹跳抑制措施提供理论依据。
