双向CLLLC谐振型直流变压器的分析与设计

Abstract:

提出一种双向全桥CLLLC谐振型直流变换器,在保持LLC谐振变换器高效率和高功率密度等优点的同时,具备双向传输能量的能力。所提的变换器无论正向还是反向工作,不需任何缓冲电路即可实现软开关。在采用基波分析法对所提CLLLC谐振变换器电压增益特性、软开关实现条件和变换效率进行分析的基础上,针对其在直流变压器中的应用提出相应的参数优化设计方法。搭建一台1kW、400~48V的实验样机,实验结果证实了所提结构和设计方法的可行性和有效性。该CLLLC谐振变换器样机在双向工作模式时的最大效率可达95%。
