储能系统用于提高风电接入的规划和运行综合优化模型

Abstract:

针对大规模储能的日益广泛应用,提出一种储能系统规划和运行的综合优化模型,并给出模型的复杂度分析和求解方法。该模型基于双层决策问题,将规划和运行两个不同时间尺度的问题结合在一起求解,同时考虑储能系统规划与运行的相互影响。为求解提出的综合优化模型,提出基于遗传算法的数值算法。最后,在改进的IEEE10机39节点系统和某省级电网中的仿真结果验证了所提模型的有效性,并根据仿真结果提出了储能布局的优化方法。研究表明,该综合优化模型可以实现储能系统用于提高风电接入能力的综合优化应用,适用于各种不同类型的储能系统及多样的应用场景,为大规模储能系统在电力系统中的应用奠定了基础。
