电磁搅拌用两相正交逆变电源的控制方法研究

Abstract:

为了提高钢铁连铸冶炼的品质以及电源自身的性能,研究一种前级脉宽调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)整流、后级三桥臂逆变的电磁搅拌用两相正交逆变电源的拓扑结构。根据电源装置的前后级能量平衡数学模型,分析推导直流侧电压二次纹波。然后,提出一种PWM整流器的综合控制方法,有效提高PWM整流器的工作性能,并抑制直流侧电压二次纹波引起的谐波电流。针对后级三桥臂两相正交逆变器,通过分析其数学模型,提出一种输出电流的前馈+反馈复合跟踪控制方法,能有效结合前馈控制的快速跟踪性能和反馈控制的闭环跟踪性能,提高装置的动态跟踪性能,以满足电磁搅拌器频繁正反转交替的要求。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提控制方法的正确性。
